Hi, I'm Meredith, the founder of My Shape Box.  Like many, I have had ups and downs throughout my fitness journey. After spending almost 20 years in the corporate world, I decided to pursue my passion -- improving people's lives. 

A few years ago, I was in the best shape of my life. But between my battle with Lyme disease and then the struggle to lose the baby weight after having my two beautiful kids, I am back on the path to fitness again. I'm no fitness model, but I'm on the journey with you. I will be using the products and services that My Shape Box offers and will be sharing my journey with you. My hope is that you will join me and that my own transformation can inspire others to be their best.
